Teaching is like building a house.

You must have an outline, choose the materials, and

have strong foundatons. 





Teaching is like being a gardener.

As a gardener you have to plow the land, take good

care of plants and flowers,  and give them water and nutrition.

Then , you can see them grow strong.




 

Teaching is like being a thief.

As a teacher we learn much from students.

We steal students' unique talents and ideas.




 

Teaching is like conducting an orchestra.

A teacher is just like a conductor.

He motivates every student’s unique talent

to play the harmonious melody.


 

Teaching is like running a marathon.

You should not go too fast.

Teaching is like being a magician.

You always give surprise.





Teaching is like being an animal trainer.

Sometimes you may get exhausted, but as

the sun goes up you will be energetic again.
